Job description
As we continue to scale, our B2C Sales team is expanding! We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our major partnerships and comparison‑site partners, and to drive performance across our external sales channels.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the Carrefour partnership:
– Coordinating with field and digital teams to track sales
→ Defining and implementing the commercial strategy
→ Launching commercial campaigns to activate the partnership
→ Visiting Carrefour stores across France
→ Reporting on performance
– Negotiating with the partner
→ Compensation
→ Contract follow-up
→ Managing CPA per sales channel (digital, in‑store)
– Tracking key KPIs
→ Contract volumes negotiated
→ Quality criteria:
Churn: max 5% per cohort
Debt: max 5% per cohort
Claims: max 1% monthly
→ Rolling out acquisition plans based on the negotiated terms
– Monitoring and improving processes
→ Overseeing the delivery of required tech and data developments
→ Prioritizing needs by potential volume
→ Ensuring consistent processes across partners
→ Optimizing sales processes
Supporting existing accounts:
– Managing sales volumes
→ Leading weekly partner meetings to track targets
→ Organizing contests and challenges to boost sales
– Optimizing sales processes with our KPIs in mind
– Negotiating compensation
→ Negotiating and managing CPA per partner
– Monitoring quality
→ Managing KPIs with the quality team
→ Churn management: ensuring retention with a max churn of 5% per cohort
→ Claims management: keeping monthly claims below 3%
– Operational oversight of on‑site teams (Morocco and Spain)
→ Listening to sales calls and traveling on-site twice a year
– Tracking tech and data improvements
→ Ensuring follow‑up on tech/data needs
→ Prioritizing based on volume potential
Cross-functional missions:
– Continuously proposing improvements to acquisition and performance tracking
– Conducting competitive intelligence to spot trends and competitor practices
– Championing partner visibility internally
This role is for you if…
– You have at least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in sales, partner management, or account management
– You’ve already negotiated major contracts from start to finish
– You’re organized and show leadership, capable of driving complex projects with multiple stakeholders
– You have a good level of English, as you’ll collaborate with technical teams entirely in that language
– You’re autonomous, responsible, and see things through
– You enjoy teamwork and collective decision-making
– You’re curious and eager to learn about the energy sector
– You stay focused and organized under pressure, even during busy periods, and know how to prioritize
– You’re motivated, friendly, and positive
