The Role:
As a member of the Customer Success Team at Platform.sh, you will proactively manage our engagement with high-value, high-profile customers around the globe.
Your Contribution:
You know the intricate needs and challenges of the customers in your portfolio and deeply care about their success. You know how to navigate a successful web project launch and foster a healthy working relationship, within the company as well as with the customer directly.
In This Role You Will:
Be accountable for the success of the Key Accounts, especially in the onboarding phase and in ensuring the long term stability of operations
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned customer accounts
Identifying new business development opportunities that contribute to customer success
Lead communications with key accounts in times of change or problem resolution
Ensure that customers fully understand and have mastered the application of existing and new products, both from a business and a technical perspective
Set up a quarterly key metrics activity plan as well as an execution plan
Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Be an ambassador for the Platform.sh brand.
