We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our team and help support Bitwise’s growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will take on key responsibilities across data management, reporting and analytics, process improvement, application support, project management, and vendor evaluation. You’ll have plenty to learn, the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, and the chance to build lasting relationships.
What You Will Do
• Help manage all components of our sales enablement tools, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and Salesloft.
• Ensure industry data within Salesforce is accurate and accessible by assessing data sources and overseeing data uploads and integrations.
• Maintain and improve processes that address data entry issues such as duplicates and validation rules.
• Support users by creating reports on activity, opportunity growth, pipeline progress, asset wins, engagement, and transactions needed by Sales, Accounting, Legal & Compliance, and Investor Relations.
• Manage the flow of leads from webinars, events, and website inquiries into Campaigns, and periodically evaluate campaign performance.
• Configure Salesforce so it is intuitive and useful for the sales processes of each distribution channel.
• Assist users by troubleshooting application problems and hosting weekly Q&A office hours.
• Train new and current Salesforce users on best practices.
• Track and document gaps between business needs and Salesforce functionality.
• Create, maintain, and update documentation for both end users and technical teams.
• Pull ad hoc data requests and explain what the results represent.
• Research and evaluate external software vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales Operations, sales and marketing teams, and senior leadership.
Who You Are
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• You have 1–2 years of experience in a similar Salesforce role within an asset management firm.
• You excel at time management, organization, and multitasking.
• You have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 per year
