The Jr. Project Manager supports the effective planning, execution, tracking, delivery, and completion of client projects. This role helps interpret client needs and collaborates with global teams to meet those needs, creating client-focused solutions based on Welocalize’s Four Pillars: Customer Obsession, Commitment to Excellence, Relentless Innovation, and Winning Together.

The following outlines key responsibilities and areas of ownership for the Jr. Project Manager:
• Support project teams with planning, scoping, and gathering and confirming requirements with clients.
• Manage localization project activities for assigned accounts.
• Identify relevant clients and internal stakeholders to properly plan and resource projects based on quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create schedules and monitor delivery timelines.
• Assist with budget management and cost control.
• Build and maintain relationships within the assigned team.
• Plan project activities and ensure timely resolution of issues, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Look for opportunities to improve delivery, quality, and profitability.
• Provide written and verbal updates to internal and external stakeholders on project scope, financials, and progress, both formally and as needed.
• Keep financial systems accurate and up to date.
• Document processes and support knowledge management.

Measures of success:
• Delivery of services in alignment with core project management KPIs, including:
• On‑time delivery
• Client satisfaction
• Revenue throughput

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in the localization industry is preferred.
• Strong interest in localization technology, market trends, and emerging developments.
• High energy, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
