We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Mid-Level Quality Analyst for an exciting and complex IOT project. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with an international client on improving the system overall quality.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate autonomously with the development team on testing strategies and execution for the most diverse test cases.

– Participate in planning sessions, negotiations, and scope prioritization discussions always in Portuguese for Junior level.

– Take ownership of test planning, control, specification, automation, and execution processes specific to the costumer system.

– Investigate and document defects and improvements comprehensively for clear reporting, with a focus on quality and system performance.

– Engage with development teams to define and suggest development processes, leveraging Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

– Utilize metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the successful quality enhancement. Requirements: – Expirience with manual testing and interest in automation test. – Demonstrated autonomy in test planning, control, specification, and execution.

– Experience in investigating and documenting defects and improvements related aplication perfomance.

– Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and their application.

– Ability to utilize metrics for continuous improvement and to ensure the successful quality enhancement.

Preferred Skills:

– Knowledge of the Testing Pyramid.

– Familiarity with tracking tools such as JIRA and TestRail for managing projects.

– Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing testing data.

– Experience with Test Automation using Python (e.g., Robot framework). Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), enabling the writing of human-readable stories that describe the behavior of systems in a way that is understandable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
