We are looking for a motivated Agile Leader to help our client business transition to a more agile way of working, fostering a deep understanding of agile principles from the ground up.
You will facilitate and support our teams in identifying the best solutions for their challenges. You will assess the organization’s current practices and work on process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in helping our teams deliver better products in a faster and more efficient manner.

Objectives of this Role
– Collaborate with project teams to analyze current systems and processes, designing a strategy for adopting agile best practices.
– Support teams in staying aligned with agile techniques, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure that project goals are met.
– Facilitate agile workshops for development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement by setting achievable goals and milestones, and holding teams accountable.
– Encourage an agile mindset within the team and help ensure the organization adopts industry best practices.
– Promote the use of AI technologies.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
– Conduct daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and other sessions that the team might need.
– Manage cross-functional projects by raising risks, removing impediments, ensuring alignment among team members, and guaranteeing that the plan is being followed.
– Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching sessions.
– Coach team members and management in agile practices to promote the adoption of best practices throughout the organization.
– Clearly communicate agile principles, Scrum practices, and the overall operating model across teams.
– Advocate for the use of metrics and other objective measures to assess team performance.
– Maintain an objective perspective on challenges and troubleshoot issues by applying agile principles.

Skills and Qualifications
– Experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Leader or in a similar role within agile environments.
– Familiarity with Scrum and other agile frameworks.
– Experience applying agile methodologies in a variety of cultural and organizational environments.
– Experience managing agile projects of varying sizes and complexities.
– Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate teams.

Preferred Qualifications
– Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
– Experience coaching within large organizations.
– Experience with AI technologies and their applications in project work.
