Overview
This role requires a blend of delivery excellence focus, client satisfaction, team building and development, IT services expertise, and strong management abilities to manage the delivery of products and services, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for someone to work as a Scrum Master in our international operation. In this opportunity, you will work in contact with the LATAM client. You will have daily contact with English/Spanish, so advanced or fluent proficiency is essential.

We are looking for someone with:
Proficiency to act as a Scrum Master in an international project with a globally recognized product.
Experience in understanding the client’s business, their needs, and helping to transform them into clear and detailed backlog requirements for our teams.
Experience with scope management, sprint planning, and grooming.
Responsible for reporting status, signaling and discussing impediments that are or may impact your area of ​​operation.

You will be responsible for: Influencing project decisions with the team;

Innovate and think of solutions for the project, whether to solve internal problems (e.g., overall performance, conflicts, etc.) or even to suggest solutions to the client;
Be the reference point in the team for understanding business rules and establishing a sense of purpose within the team.
Empower the team so that they know and apply the process in their daily work.
Influence the team and ensure the monitoring/execution of improvement points in each delivery cycle.
Assist in coaching the client when necessary (e.g., mobilization for rituals and their importance, use of Jira, documentation, and how to track blocks, metrics, and general status).
Write User Stories to support the team in executing agreed-upon tasks.
