We are looking for a Systems Architect to lead and ensure technical excellence across high-complexity projects by designing, validating, and governing robust architectural solutions. Act as a technical leader, mentor, and innovation driver, ensuring best-in-class engineering practices and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and validate complex, end-to-end system architectures for projects.
– Translate business challenges into effective technical solutions using best practices.
– Ensure adherence to software engineering standards, architectural guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
– Provide technical leadership, coaching, and training to architects and engineering teams.
– Collaborate with development, operations, and project management to ensure solution integration and delivery effectiveness.
– Identify architectural and technical risks; proactively define mitigation strategies.
– Conduct technical and architectural reviews to ensure compliance and scalability.
– Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and provide architectural recommendations.
– Promote innovation and continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.
– Foster knowledge sharing, documentation, and dissemination of best practices.
– Implement and evolve automation and AI-driven solutions to optimize delivery and operations.
– Support continuous delivery pipelines and integration strategies aligned with organizational flow standards.

Must have :
– Backend experience: Java, Spring Boot
– Frontend experience: Angular
– Strong knowledge of AWS resources (DynamoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
– Databases: NoSQL tools, SQL, and relational databases.
– Kafka, RabbitMQ
Nice to Have:
– Familiarity with AWS SAM or CDK stack, AWS Lambdas, API Gateway, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
– Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and API integrations.
– Knowledge of responsive web development techniques and Agile methodologies.
