Position Overview:

As a Senior QA Automation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our software products. Your expertise in automated testing will drive the creation of robust solutions while collaborating with talented cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality applications that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

– Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

– Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

– Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system.

– Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.

– Implement best practices in testing and quality assurance.

– Continuously improve test processes and automation strategies.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

– Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or equivalent.

– Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

– Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail, Jira, or similar.

– Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-have Skills:

– Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.

– Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.

– Exposure to API testing and security testing.

– ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
