We are seeking a Squad Leader to support development squads in our operation. Our main goal is to implement the SAFe framework of a sensor technology firm dedicated to optimizing retail and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
-Facilitate Scrum rituals, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
-Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in identifying and implementing solutions.
-Collaborate with other squads and teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.
-Collaborate with the client’s Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
-Collaborate with the client’s Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements, objectives and deliverables.
-create user stories and report team statuses
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
-Monitor the team’s progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
-Train and mentor teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum methodologies.
-Act as a liaison between the team and the client’s stakeholders.
-Contribute to the creation of a healthy and productive work environment.
