Our team is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our clients design systems and internal toolset used in Trust & Safety and related areas. In this role, you will contribute to the full stack of the application, from developing design system elements and user interfaces to the backend services, ensuring a high-quality, reliable, and performant platform for our users.

Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software products.

– Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

– Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code across the stack, including Angular/TypeScript for the frontend and Java for the backend.

– Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, and production support.

– Troubleshoot and debug issues, and identify opportunities for performance improvements and technical debt reduction.

– Embrace CI&T and our clients engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

– Strong professional software development experience.

– Experience with frontend development using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).

– Experience with backend development using Java and server-side frameworks (e.g., Spring).

– Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Sass/SCSS.

– Solid english communication skills.
