We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the experience of data-heavy products, including operational dashboards, analytics tools, and B2O operational intelligence solutions. This role requires strong expertise in UX research, data visualization, Power BI UX, and the adoption of AI-driven insights, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

Requirements

– Experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or UX Research within digital product environments.

– Proven experience designing data-driven products, such as dashboards, analytics platforms, or decision-support systems.

– Strong knowledge of Power BI UX, including dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics workflows.

– Solid expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research, with strong synthesis and storytelling skills.

– Familiarity with using AI tools to support research, data analysis, and insight generation.

– Good understanding of AI-enabled decision systems, such as predictive insights and anomaly detection.

– Ability to facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and design critiques with diverse stakeholders.

– Strong understanding of end-to-end product development processes, ideally within agile environments.

– Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing product decisions.

– Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.

– Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach, design thinking, and measurable impact on user experience and business outcomes.

Nice to Have

– Experience in digital transformation initiatives or tech-forward, service-oriented industries.

– Familiarity with Design Systems and DesignOps practices.

– Experience working in agile teams or background in project management.

– Interest or experience in data storytelling and improving analytics literacy across teams.
