Your Mission
Lead and inspire the squad, promoting a collaborative and motivating work environment.
Define clear goals and monitor the squad’s progress towards established objectives through indicators, whether operational (quality, speed, etc.) or product-related, also managing risks.
Play a crucial role in facilitating and guiding agile development teams.
Responsible for promoting and supporting agile principles and practices, ensuring effective collaboration and fostering a self-organized, high-performing team environment.
Your main focus will be to facilitate the team’s progress and remove any impediments that hinder their productivity and success.
You should act as the main point of contact in communication with the Product Owner (PO), ensuring alignment of the team’s decisions and activities.
Responsibilities:
Intermediate English
– Lead multidisciplinary teams, monitoring activities through rituals and following the roadmap;
– Ensure that the context utilizes the best agile practices and tools, acting as the guardian of best software development practices;
– Build, implement, measure, and report on productivity, quality, and effectiveness metrics;
– Manage risks and changes;
– Interface with stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous communication, questioning and proposing ideas and solutions that translate into high-value deliveries, always paying attention to the functional and technical requirements of the deliverables, and ensuring process efficiency.
– Ensure that the necessary activities for achieving deliverables are planned according to the roadmap and project needs.
– Be the main support point for the development team on a daily basis, working to make the team self-managing;
– Support people management, understanding their skills and enabling their growth through the distribution of responsibilities;
– Strive to achieve readiness and done-done status of activities according to the teams’ definitions of ready and done.
– Support and facilitate alignments that promote continuous improvement within the team;
– Conduct and/or support the story refinement process for the team, with the level of detail according to the team’s seniority and/or expected velocity;
– Manage blocks so that the team and deliveries are not impacted.
