We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and lead the development of scalable, high-quality software solutions, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI applied to real-world products.

Responsibilities

– Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Python;

– Architect and evolve AI-powered solutions, from experimentation to production;

– Apply prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to real-world use cases;

– Prototype, test, and iterate on AI solutions, balancing experimentation with production readiness;

– Stay current with advances in Generative AI and translate them into practical applications;

– Build and integrate APIs and AI services into existing systems;

– Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to define technical solutions;

– Ensure code quality, scalability, and reliability through best practices, testing, and code reviews;

– Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor other engineers when needed.

Requirements

– Advanced English (speaking);

– Strong experience with Python in production environments;

– Solid experience developing backend services and APIs;

– Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning;

– Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn);

– Experience working with structured and unstructured data;

– Exposure to agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, or multi-agent orchestration;

– Awareness of monitoring AI systems, including evaluation and validation processes, as well as performance, accuracy, and cost monitoring;

– Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows;

– Experience working in agile environments.
