The Squad Leader is responsible for leading one or more multifunctional teams (squads) to deliver value to the client while promoting collaboration, autonomy, and high performance. This professional should have a strategic vision to identify opportunities and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment within the squad.

Goal Setting: Establish clear goals and monitor progress using operational and product indicators.

Activity Management: Ensure the execution of rituals, define requirements, and prioritize tasks in partnership with the Product Owner (PO).

Effective Communication: Facilitate communication among squad members, removing obstacles and encouraging knowledge exchange.

Technical Guidance: Provide support and assist in overcoming challenges while developing solutions.

Backlog Management: Prioritize the work backlog to ensure value delivery to the client.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in squad work processes.

Requirements:

Advanced/Fluent English communication.

Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.

Familiarity with agile methodologies, specially Scrum.

Experience with management tools like Jira.
