Position Overview:
We are seeking a Support Analyst with a background in either Fullstack or Backend Development, knowledgeable in Nodejs and React. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our web applications while ensuring seamless user experiences. Additionally, you should have production support experience and be willing to stay on call occasionally over weekends to support our production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide Level 3 support for web applications built with React and Nodejs, addressing complex technical issues and resolving them efficiently.
– Collaborate with the development team to understand application architecture and functionality, facilitating effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
– Promptly address reported issues with the live websites and portals.
– Identify and analyze technical challenges reported by users and stakeholders, implementing effective solutions.
– Collaborate with the QAs to ensure issues are documented and tracked, and participate in root cause analysis for recurring problems.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role, with knowledge in React, Nodejs, and/or TypeScript. Akamai experience is a plus.
– Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
– Experience in production support or openness to learn, with a willingness to be on call during weekends when necessary.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
