At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Salesforce functionalities through your expertise in Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with our clients’ expectations, all while fostering a culture of innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Configure: Implement configuration and development tasks using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance Salesforce functionalities.

Resolve Incidents: Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth operations within the Salesforce environment.

Test and Validate: Perform regression testing to validate changes and ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new developments.

Conduct Code Reviews: Support code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality. Document code and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and deployment pipelines.

Debugging Skills: Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice-to-have Skills:

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST or SOAP APIs.
