About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior/Master Talent Attraction Specialist with an end-to-end focus on Staff Augmentation. This role is crucial for developing and implementing strategies to attract, select, and onboard professionals for temporary or short-term projects across various international business areas. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for closing positions efficiently but also for leading a front to build and install capabilities within the team, potentially offering ready-made solutions for staff augmentation. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional client relationship abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Market Expertise & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and interviews to understand market dynamics and trends in Staff Augmentation. Develop and implement effective strategies to accelerate the closing of Staff Augmentation positions, analyzing internal and external demands.
– Position Management & Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize open positions based on client needs and talent availability, ensuring critical roles are filled promptly. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer.
– Talent Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a heated pipeline of candidates, and develop shortlists to present to clients, ensuring a minimum stock of people for specific tech stacks (e.g., within 2 days). Build a streamlined process to meet demand efficiently.
– Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead a front focused on Staff Augmentation, acting as a "tech lead" to install and enhance the team’s capacity. Offer ready-made products and solutions for staff augmentation to clients.
– Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with HR teams and other relevant areas to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Act as an intermediary between internal teams and client demands, ensuring excellent communication.
– Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to position closure and recruitment effectiveness. Present regular reports to leadership on demand status and implement strategies.
– Continuous Improvement: Utilize analytical skills to improve recruitment processes, forecast staffing needs, and identify areas of opportunity. Adapt strategies based on market trends and performance metrics.
What You Bring:
– Extensive Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and Staff Augmentation, with a solid understanding of its practices and the recruitment lifecycle.
– Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Capacity to think critically about position prioritization and strategy development, with a history of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Ability to analyze recruitment performance metrics (e.g., time to hire, conversion rates).
– Leadership & Mentorship: Experience in leading initiatives or teams, with the ability to impart knowledge about Staff Augmentation to the team.
– Client Relationship Management: Skill in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
– Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
– Organizational & Prioritization Skills: Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple requests simultaneously.
– Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changes in client needs, market conditions, and priorities.
– Advanced English: Advanced proficiency in English for conversation and writing.
