Your Role

As a Back End Developer, you will:

Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain robust web applications using Java, spring and a microservices backend.

Innovate: Drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new technologies and frameworks.

Collaborate: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

– Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and spring.

– Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and projects, with a passion for mentoring others.

– Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

– Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and optimizing performance.

– Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.

Nice to Have:

– An understanding and experience working with React front ends.

– Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)

– Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools.

– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
