We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, a deep understanding of UI principles, and a passion for creating visually stunning interfaces. You will be responsible for collaborating with UX designers and developers to bring user-centered design visions to life.

Responsibilities

• UI Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Visual Consistency: Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all digital platforms through well-defined design guidelines and systems.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Prototype Development: Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Design Reviews: Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative design culture.
• User Research Incorporation: Integrate user feedback and insights into design iterations to enhance the overall user experience.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and innovation.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, helping them develop their design skills and promoting best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI design, with a robust portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
• Excellent visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate design ideas and rationale to various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
