At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Quality Analyst to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Master Quality Analyst, you will architect and lead the testing strategy for a large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) modernization initiative. You’ll play a crucial role in defining comprehensive testing approaches that ensure the new WMS platform meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and scalability, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end testing strategies for the WMS modernization program
• Document existing testing processes and conduct thorough gap analysis
• Evaluate and implement testing tools with special focus on Tricentis for functional, performance, and load testing
• Spearhead the rollout and adoption of automation testing frameworks across the team
• Define requirements and support implementation of simulation tools for warehouse automation systems testing
• Create and manage QA resource planning for the entire modernization program
• Develop a phased testing roadmap that aligns with project milestones

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience in testing architecture and strategy development for enterprise systems
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and related logistics operations
• Expertise with test automation frameworks and tools, particularly Tricentis
• Experience with performance and load testing methodologies
• Understanding of warehouse automation systems and simulation approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to various stakeholders
