Responsibilities

– Architect and implement a sophisticated permission data model and associated APIs

– Lead the technical approach for an AWS-native architecture using Golang

– Drive the AI-powered code transposition strategy, showcasing CI&T’s innovative approach

– Mentor team members and establish best practices for code quality and performance

– Deliver working demonstrations to key stakeholders showcasing the permission system functionality.

Required Skills

– 8+ years of software engineering experience

– Advanced expertise in Golang development

– Strong experience with AWS-native application development

– Deep understanding of authentication and authorization systems

– Experience designing and implementing API-first approaches

– Ability to leverage AI tools for code development and transformation

– Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.

Nice to Have

– Experience with auction platforms or similar complex business systems

– Background in modernizing legacy systems

– Previous work in hierarchical permission models
