I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for a Mid Senior Nodejs Developer in Colombia to join our dynamic team for an exciting project with our international client!

Responsibilities:

Fullstack Development

– Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Nodejs.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to deliver feature-rich and user-friendly solutions.

Collaboration and Communication

– Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights.

– Participate in code reviews to learn, ensure adherence to coding standards, and share best practices.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development, actively applying this knowledge to enhance our technology stack.

Problem Solving

– Identify and help address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to effective solutions.

– Collaborate with the QA team to support the delivery of high-quality software through testing and continuous integration.

Requirements for this challenge:

– Advanced english level for communication with clients

– Experience as a Back End Developer with competence in Nodejs, Cloud AWS, RESTful APIs, and code versioning with Git.

– Understanding of automated testing (unit, integration, etc.) and familiarity with DevOps culture.

– Exposure to GraphQL.

– Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

– Good communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and eagerness to learn and grow.
