We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within the Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will play a pivotal role in driving project success through clear communication, risk management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an RTE: Lead and facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, System Demo, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt, while driving agile adoption across the organization.
Lead all aspects of pre-PI planning, ensuring that teams are well-prepared
Oversee and support the execution of the Program Increment (PI) with a focus on release deliverables, working closely with programs and their respective Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and accountability.
Develop detailed project plans and manage all phases of the project lifecycle
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution.
Facilitate effective communication across teams and maintain regular status reporting.
Assist teams in removing impediments, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of work.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience managing complex projects in dynamic environments, preferably within agile teams and SAFe frameworks.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align).
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
Certifications such as PMP, SAFe RTE, or other agile certifications are highly valued.
Advanced English.
Nice to Have
Prior experience as an RTE within a SAFe environment.
Deep understanding of the SAFe framework and its practices.
Experience facilitating SAFe ceremonies.
