I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Principal Architect to work on an international project
As the CTO/Principal Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological roadmap of the organization. You will lead the technology team, overseeing the development, implementation, and management of technology solutions that align with our business goals. Your expertise will ensure that our architecture is robust, scalable, and secure.
Responsabilities:
Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the technology strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
Architecture Design: Design and oversee the architecture of systems, applications, and network infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the technology team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with technology trends and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Governance and Compliance: Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management in all technology initiatives.
Budget Management: Oversee the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI.
Requiriments for this challenge:
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, Principal Architect, or similar).
Strong experience in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
Proficient in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Data architecture and / or platform architecture.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in budgeting and financial management within a technology context.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, ML, blockchain).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads.
Proven track record of managing large-scale technology projects successfully.
