We are seeking a Scrum Master to support development squads in our operation. Our main goal is to implement the SAFe framework of a sensor technology firm dedicated to optimizing retail and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for .

Responsabilities:

– Facilitate agile rites, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.

– Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in identifying and implementing solutions.

– Collaborate with the client’s Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.

– Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

– Monitor the team’s progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting.

– Train and mentor teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

– Act as a liaison between the team and the client’s stakeholders.

– Contribute to the creation of a healthy and productive work environment.

Requirements for this challenge:

– Advanced English proficiency.

– Good communication skills.

– Proactivity.

– Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
