We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Squad Leader t o join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in project management, and a passion for fostering collaboration within a highly technical development team.

This role requires fluency in English and the ability to understand programming challenges, as the Squad Leader will serve as the primary link between the development team and the technical product owner.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a squad of technical professionals to achieve project objectives.

Collaborate closely with a technical product owner to prioritize and refine a highly technical backlog.

Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, create and maintain User Stories, and ensure clear requirements for development.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in a squad leader or scrum master role within a technical environment.

– Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

– Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts effectively.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

– Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in software development or technical project management.

– Certification in Agile methodologies ( Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).

– Familiarity with project management tools ( JIRA, Confluence).

– Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

– Knowledge of performance management techniques and employee development strategies.
