Position Overview

The Senior Full Stack Developer will contribute to the creation of innovative digital products and exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to design and build robust back-end and front-end solutions for native mobile or web applications. A key responsibility is to ensure systems are stable, scalable, and well-supported.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop high-quality solutions and code in line with CI&T coding standards

Provide sound technical advice to customers and CI&T teams

Build solutions according to contractual obligations and customer specifications

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Agile team

Set and maintain project priorities with Team Leads and Project Managers

Attend regular client meetings

Document code and technical solutions accurately and thoroughly

Collaborate with QA Analysts to ensure comprehensive testing

Participate in regular code reviews

Maintain project and story statuses via Jira

Release incremental builds to clients for acceptance testing

Recommend and implement architectural improvements, code updates, and new features

Provide project updates and technical documentation as needed

Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold CI&T’s customer experience standards

Embody and promote CI&T’s core values

Contribute to the improvement of CI&T’s coding standards and development processes

Accurately track work hours daily using Harvest

Qualifications & Experience

A passion for delivering outstanding technical solutions and customer experiences

Strong consulting, negotiation, and influencing skills

Experience in software design and solution architecture

Proven ability to work effectively in Agile teams

Strong problem-solving skills, especially with unfamiliar solutions

Excellent documentation abilities

Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience

Preferred Technical Experience

Front-End: React

Cloud Technologies: AWS (including EC2, databases, DNS, Lambda, Kubernetes – required)

Back-End: Python, NodeJS, or Angular

DevOps Tools: Vagrant and Ansible or Docker

Web Technologies: HTML/SCSS

Other: Exposure to CI/CD implementation

Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or Azure
