At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer (Node/React) to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer, you will employ your technical expertise in Nodejs and React to design and develop web applications that enhance customer experiences and drive operational efficiency. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy software applications using React and Nodejs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to define project requirements and technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through automated testing and continuous integration.

Must-have skills

• Experience in developing high-quality, scalable web applications using React for the front end and Nodejs for the back end.
• Ability to work closely with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to project success.
• Proven experience in identifying and addressing technical challenges, with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to have skills

• Experience with GraphQL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
