I am a Talent Analyst looking for talented individuals in São Paulo/SP for a Senior Business Analyst position to work on a project in In partnership with a client specialized in agricultural technology

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development processes.

– Engage in discussions to solve complex problems and provide valuable solutions.

– Document technical and functional requirements and create process flows for digital products.

– Facilitate collaboration between development, operations, and business teams using Agile methodologies.

Requirements for this Challenge:

– Solid experience in software development projects.

– Advanced/Fluent english level

– Familiarity with software development practices, including design and implementation of solutions.

– Proficiency in Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies.

– Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

– Ability to define analyses and review data to make informed business decisions.

– Experience in conducting gap analyses between applications and client requirements.

– Capability to create accurate technical and functional specifications for the engineering team.

– Availability to work on-site 1 to 2 times a week in São Paulo, SP

Nice to Have:

– Knowledge in system integration and API development.

– Experience with version control tools such as Git and project management tools like Jira or Trello.

Soft Skills:

– Articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

– Quick to learn new technologies and methodologies with a passion for continuous growth.

– Creative analytical skills to tackle challenges and deliver practical solutions.

– Recognize potential challenges related to cultural differences in a diverse team environment.
