At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to the development and optimization of innovative cloud-based solutions in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will lead the development of scalable and high-performing applications using React JS and Nodejs with TypeScript. You will build intuitive front-end interfaces and robust backend systems, focusing on data visualization and processing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver impactful features, ensure production stability, and contribute to the entire development lifecycle. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and drive meaningful transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop front-end applications using React JS and TypeScript, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Design and maintain REST APIs using Nodejs with TypeScript.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, delivering new features and optimizations.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to meet user requirements and business objectives.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application robustness and stability.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, applying them to enhance solutions and workflows.

Must-have Skills

• Expertise in React JS, Nodejs, and TypeScript for front-end and backend development.
• Experience in developing and maintaining REST APIs.
• Proven ability to write clean and efficient code adhering to best practices.
• Knowledge of UX design principles to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical skills for converting user requirements into functional code.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Familiarity with IoT systems, embedded systems, and Tableau.
• Experience or interest in AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, http://Cursor.ai) to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Familiarity with the Agile methodology and object-oriented programming.
• Advanced English skills for effective communication in a global environment.
