Overview:
We are looking for an outstanding HR Business Partner who operates in a strategic and personable manner, playing a crucial role in providing direct support to the Executive Squad, PDMs (People Development Managers), and CI&Ters. Their mission is to meet the needs and ambitions of their structures, aligning them with the organizational objectives of the Human Resources area (People Area).
Responsibilities:
– Develop a deep understanding of the areas and teams under their responsibility, understanding their dynamics, needs, and challenges.
– Act strategically for the Executive Squad, PDMs, and CI&Ters, providing guidance and support on human resources issues, people management, and professional development.
– Collaborate in identifying solutions and initiatives that promote the growth and development of individuals and teams.
– Actively participate in meetings and decision forums, offering relevant insights and contributing to the definition of strategies and goals.
– Develop and implement programs and actions that strengthen the organizational culture and promote an inclusive and engaging work environment.
– Monitor and analyze performance indicators and organizational climate, proposing action plans for improvements.
– Mediate any conflicts and interpersonal challenges, seeking solutions that promote harmony and collaboration among teams.
– Foster transparent and effective communication between the Executive Squad, PDMs, Career Advisors, and CI&Ters, ensuring alignment among the parties.
– Stay updated on trends and best practices in people management and human resources, constantly seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge.
– Contribute to the creation of a culture of continuous feedback, encouraging professional development and the improvement of employees’ technical and behavioral skills.
– Contribute to the strategy for implementing AI at scale, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that promote the effective use of AI across all areas of the company, seeking to improve performance and operational efficiency.
