Senior Project Manager
Job requirements

  • Experience Range: 8 – 12 years of experience, including at least 4 years of technical program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Lead large-scale technical programs focused on platform modernization, security, and product enablement to drive organizational transformation
    2. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Okta migration projects, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery
    3. Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption
    4. Track program progress using metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to communicate status and impact
    5. Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks associated with identity platform transitions
    6. Implement operational process improvements by standardizing workflows, metrics, and execution models for continuous improvement
    7. Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable scalable, repeatable technology operations
    8. Create clarity and drive decision-making using data-driven insights and structured narratives for executive stakeholders

    Required Skills:
    1. Advanced proficiency in Okta architecture and configuration
    2. Hands-on experience with Okta migration in enterprise environments
    3. Strong understanding of identity management concepts and platforms
    4. Expertise in AWS and modern cloud architectures
    5. Experience with microservices and containerization technologies
    6. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
    7. Knowledge of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks
    8. Experience managing third-party SaaS integrations
    9. Technical program management in security and infrastructure domains
    10. Ability to use metrics and dashboards for program tracking and reporting

    Preferred Skills:
    1. Experience driving enterprise-wide security or identity transformations
    2. Background in platform or infrastructure modernization programs
    3. Exposure to metrics-driven delivery models and operational excellence frameworks
    4. Familiarity with advanced cloud security practices
    5. Experience with large-scale process standardization initiatives

    Desired Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

    Remote position based on Eastern Standard Time; full-time or contract employment
