Forcefield, a company based in Los Angeles, is seeking a full-time Javascript engineer located in the United States (no international candidates). Qualified individuals will be just as passionate about enhancing the user experience as they are about creating clean, well-tested, efficient, and extensible code.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work independently on the maintenance of our existing Safari and Chrome extensions and implement new functionality

• Implement a JavaScript Framework on our Parent Dashboard, in coordination with the server-side (Rails) developers

• Collaborate with development team to come up with the best solutions for each project

• Estimate relative work-effort of solutions

• Manage time appropriately and communicate clearly (often in non-technical terms) to help manage work expectations

• Ensure that new code is maintainable through code-reviews and provide feedback to other developers
