Our customer manage highly complex industrial systems of varying sizes – oil platforms, refineries, petrochemical installations – and these systems are visualized as Piping & Instrumentations Diagrams. These P&ID diagrams provide designers and operators with a rich source of information about their industrial installation and helps them scope and plan work in a safe and predictable way. We are working with our customers to enhance this process and make it less error-prone. Planners and designers will be able to create and edit P&ID plans completely within their browser. The applications you develop will be used to plan, review and execute critical tasks in an industrial environment, and to ensure personal safety for workers on installations world-wide.

The core tasks and responsibilities of this position are: •Producing clean, testable JavaScript for dynamic client-server communication; •Implementing a rich visual user interface for plant operators and workers to plan, execute and review assigned jobs in a safe and transparent way; •Guarding architecture and adherence to agreed system design principles for growing platforms; •Assuming full ownership of the front-end layer of the application; •Participating in brainstorming sessions with architects and development teams.
