i9 Technologies is a small systems integrator operating in NM since 2006. We’re looking for talented and self motivated software engineer for our call control platform, iSymphony (http://www.getisymphony.com).

Job Duties:

• Develop new features and bugfixes for web-based Java application
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers via ticketing system and phone
• Participate in design decisions and help prioritize features and bugs
• Write and expand user and administration documentation
• Miscellaneous IT-related tasks
• Other duties as required

Salary depending on level of expertise

Working remotely is allowed, but we’d prefer to fill the position locally in Albuquerque, NM.
