About the role:
Sell the company’s products or services and represent the brand. You will also manage relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact—from the first outreach to the final purchase.
Expectations/Requirements:
1. Grow distribution and increase market share in the assigned (rural) operating area.
2. Drive sales of financial products to ensure visibility and accountability.
3. Identify and recruit the sales team (FSE) and align them to drive business in the market.
4. Strong coaching and mentoring skills; a fast learner who applies new concepts effectively.
5. Plan the market size, coverage, and geography strategy for the FSE team.
6. Develop the best ways to communicate plans and targets to the team to minimize the gap between expectations and delivery.
7. Monitor quality parameters as defined by management.
8. Validate and conduct audits of acquisitions and sales conducted by the team.
9. Ensure team members are regularly operating in the market where sales and usage occur.
10. Strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
11. Drive cross-sell of products to both existing and new merchants, such as Merchant Loan, Personal Loan, GOLD SIP, along with merchant upgrades.
12. Strong understanding of lending products.
13. Ability to train, develop, and groom the resources allocated to you.
Education:
Graduate or higher; post-graduation preferred.
