Main responsibilities:
• Oversee full customer service operations for the UK and Ireland, managing the complete order lifecycle—including processing, modifications, returns, complaints, and credit notes—in line with company guidelines.
• Act as the main contact for customers in the UK and Ireland, providing accurate information on orders, shipping, and status updates.
• Partner with internal teams to quickly resolve order or service issues and ensure timely order completion.
• Track orders, reports, and KPIs to identify problems, correct errors, and drive timely resolutions.
• Handle standard order-to-cash transactions in SAP ERP following operational and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Customer Service team.
• Support the team by assisting with onboarding and sharing knowledge.

What we are looking for:
• Fluency in English (minimum C1) for clear, professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders; additional European languages are a plus.
• Customer service experience in a product-driven environment, with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and logistics.
• Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage.
• A strong customer focus, with the ability to resolve issues independently and follow up effectively.
• An analytical approach, able to identify root causes and contribute to process improvements.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting while managing multiple tasks.
• Experience in a regulated industry, ideally Medical Devices, though pharmaceutical experience is also relevant.
