Lead the iOS application development of a Job matching app that connects job seekers directly with employers looking to hire.

Switch is looking a fantastic iOS developer to join our engineering team as a lead engineer. We’re looking for folks with strong Objective-C fundamentals and experience shipping polished, well-designed apps that people love using.

At Switch, we’re trying to transform the way people find their next job. This is a huge problem for job seekers and employers. Our goal to to make searching for job postings like this a thing of the past. Imagine a world where you can anonymously look at jobs recommended to you based on your skills and experience, and you can connectdirectly with hiring managers at companies you want to talk to. That’s what we’re building at Switch and having a fantasticiOS app that makes finding jobs fun is a huge part of that vision.

Experience working at early stage mobile startups is a huge plus. Responsibilities include working closely with our CTO, designer, VP of Product, and CEO to help shape our mobile experience, and leading our small, but mighty iOS development team (currently 2 iOS engineers).
