A new asset class doesn’t come along often, but that’s exactly what we’re seeing with the rise of crypto. In just a few years, the crypto market has grown from a modest $50B to a powerful industry worth more than $3T. At Bitwise, we believe crypto has reached a pivotal moment and is on track to surpass $10T in the coming years.

This is an exciting time for Bitwise. Over the past seven years, we’ve built a strong reputation for managing a wide range of index and active investment solutions, including ETFs, separately managed accounts, private funds, staking products, and hedge fund strategies. This year, we reached $12B in client assets and continue to grow rapidly. Thousands of financial advisors, family offices, and institutional investors rely on Bitwise for insight and access to crypto opportunities. We’re recognized for exceptional client support, in-depth research, a nationwide team of crypto experts, and deep connections throughout the crypto industry.

Today, Bitwise is a tight-knit group of more than 90 professionals. We operate like a blend of an asset manager and a tech startup. Our backers include leading venture capitalists and seasoned financial industry executives. We enjoy working together, we love our mission, and we’re energized by what’s ahead.

We’re seeking an outstanding individual to join our team and play a key role in helping Bitwise scale. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you’ll support a wide range of clients and collaborate across teams to enhance the overall client experience. The ideal candidate has experience in Client Service or Investor Relations within traditional finance or alternative investments.

What You Will Do:
• Provide ongoing support to a diverse client base—individuals, family offices, financial advisors, funds, and institutions—answering questions promptly, accurately, and with a focus on creating exceptional client experiences.
• Assist financial advisors and high-net-worth clients through the subscription and onboarding process, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes regardless of client familiarity.
• Support portfolio managers by responding quickly and accurately to logistical questions, including confirming wire receipts from new clients on trading days.
• Join calls or meetings with prospective clients alongside the sales team to discuss onboarding or address product questions.
• Work with engineers and the technology team to enhance the investing experience and help develop internal tools.
• Maintain key materials and records, such as updating the firm’s DDQ and client database.
• Take on multiple roles and contribute to various projects as needed in a rapidly growing organization.

Who You Are:
• You hold a bachelor’s degree, often in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, though it’s not required.
• You have at least 3 years of Client Service or Investor Relations experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, or similar industries.
• You’re comfortable with software tools and skilled in Excel or Google Sheets.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversation, with a warm and thoughtful style.
• You excel at time management, organization, and multitasking, and you perform well under pressure.
• You value relationships—with colleagues and clients—and aim to build strong, long-term professional connections.
• Your working style aligns with ours: energetic, positive, thoughtful, self-aware, curious, and open-minded. You take initiative, communicate well, and strive for continuous improvement.
• You’re eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to fully embrace the crypto space.

What We Offer:
• Salary of $120,000–$135,000 plus equity
• Equity included in all compensation packages
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Flexible Spending Accounts for health, dependent care, and commuting
