We’re a fast-moving team building modern web applications for exciting early-stage startups (MVPs). You’ll be part of a role with varied, engaging challenges as we create innovative solutions. Our main technologies include React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript.

**Starting details**
– Start date: As soon as possible
– Schedule: 6 hours per day (part-time, about 3/4), for 3 months, with a possibility to extend
– Work model: Remote or hybrid (Wrocław office available)
– Contract & compensation: Mandate contract, 4,300 PLN/month gross

**What we’re looking for (no prior testing experience needed)**
– You’re curious and think critically—spot weaknesses and ask questions like “what if…?”
– You like questioning why things work the way they do
– You can explain clearly—document your findings so developers and Product Owners can easily understand them
– You have a strong interest in manual testing and QA within the development process (not programming)

**Requirements**
– Strong teamwork and daily collaboration with the team
– Basic knowledge of manual testing and learning QA processes (from non-commercial/personal projects is fine)
– Interest in and willingness to learn software development and testing
– Openness to AI and automation tools
– Good organization, even if things get chaotic
– English proficiency (at least B2) and excellent Polish (at least C1)
– Bonus: ISTQB knowledge
– You are a student

**Your responsibilities**
– Work closely with experienced QA professionals
– Help design tests and support the development of web applications for external clients
– Assist with manual testing and bug reporting
– Collaborate closely with Developers, the Proxy Product Owner, and Product Designers to maintain high quality
– Focus on quality-oriented testing rather than defect-finding alone
