We’re a fast-paced team creating modern web applications for exciting early-stage startups (MVPs). You’ll work on a variety of interesting tasks as we develop new solutions. Our core technologies include React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript.

**Starting details**
– Start date: As soon as possible
– Schedule: 6 hours per day (part-time, roughly 3/4 time), for 3 months, with the possibility of extension
– Work model: Remote or hybrid (Wrocław office available)
– Contract & compensation: Mandate contract, 4,300 PLN/month gross

**What we’re looking for (no prior testing experience required)**
– You’re curious and think critically—you notice weak points and ask questions like “what if…?”
– You enjoy questioning why things work the way they do
– You can communicate clearly—write up your findings so developers and Product Owners can easily understand them
– You’re genuinely interested in manual testing and QA as part of the development process (not programming)

**Requirements**
– Strong teamwork and daily collaboration with the group
– Basic understanding of manual testing and QA processes (non-commercial/personal projects are fine)
– Interest in learning software development and testing
– Openness to AI and automation tools
– Good organization, even when things get busy
– English at least B2 and Polish at least C1
– Bonus: ISTQB knowledge
– You are a student

**Your responsibilities**
– Work closely with experienced QA professionals
– Help design tests and support development of web applications for external clients
– Assist with manual testing and bug reporting
– Collaborate with Developers, the Proxy Product Owner, and Product Designers to maintain high quality
– Prioritize quality-focused testing—not just finding defects
