About the Integration Engineer Position:

The Integration Engineer role is a highly cross-functional, multifaceted position. You’ll work with both our clients and internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements, find opportunities to improve internal systems and processes, and provide Level 2 support to drive ongoing enhancements. In this role, you will lead technical designs and build integration solutions. Success requires being comfortable tackling complex integration challenges and creating innovative solutions—serving as a technical expert while keeping customer needs at the forefront.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build integration workflows between the Stord platform and third-party supply chain systems, such as ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms, as directed by the Integrations Lead

  • Test integrations and obtain customer approval before go-live

  • Create detailed documentation for new integrations and hand them over to the support team once they go live

  • Troubleshoot and support existing customer integrations when issues occur, and provide feedback to the support team to improve coverage and documentation

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve integration-related issues

  • Identify opportunities to improve integration workflows and processes, working with the broader team to recommend and implement enhancements

  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates on integrations in our work management platform and during team standups

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a STEM field, ideally

  • 5–6 years of experience with B2B system integrations, preferably in Supply Chain

  • Experience with integration tools such as Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or similar platforms

  • Experience reviewing, interpreting, and mapping EDI messages

  • Knowledge of REST, JSON, and XML, with experience using API tools (ideally Postman)

  • Experience providing third-line support to non-technical audiences, with the ability to communicate clearly and simply

Bonus Points:

  • Supply chain and/or logistics experience

  • Exposure to WMS or ERP systems such as NetSuite or InfoPlus

  • Startup experience

$60,000 — $120,000/year
