Your role A programmer and engineer that works within our integration team to enable the VoiceThread platform to seamlessly integrate within the ERP/SIS and LMS environments of our clients. This position will work closely with our Authentication Developer, and is a remote position with periodic travel to the Raleigh-Durham, NC area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support large / complex client integrations

• Troubleshoot client infrastructure issues impacting VoiceThread

• Handle AD/LDAP, Shibboleth, complex LMS (LTI), and other integrations

• Work directly with customers (IT staff at organizations)

• Work closely with development and integration teams to design/build/improve the platform’s integration solutions

• Provide escalation support to support team
