This full-time position is part of our Billing Operations team and offers the option to work fully remote or hybrid, with the ability to work in the office if you’re local and prefer to do so. Note: This is a remote role open to candidates across the U.S. Local candidates may also choose to work from our Brentwood, TN office.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate and resolve insurance claim denials quickly and accurately—typically 50 to 100 denials per day.
• Collaborate with payers to resolve issues and obtain timely reimbursement.
• Review LCD/NCD requirements and manage denials related to CPT/HCPCS.
• Coordinate with the front desk and authorization teams to minimize delays and maximize collections.
• Deliver excellent phone support to patients and insurance partners.
