This position is advertised by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are seeking a Remote Instructional Designer responsible for creating, delivering, and maintaining high‑quality learning experiences that help customers and internal teams confidently use all solutions. The role centers on developing asynchronous learning modules within an LMS, while also supporting customer-facing training in collaboration with Implementation Consultants, Support, and Product teams. Your work will play a key role in ensuring customers feel prepared, capable, and successful during onboarding and beyond.

Accountabilities:
• Create, develop, and manage asynchronous e‑learning courses focused on software usage.
• Build structured learning paths that include recorded content, knowledge checks, and scenario‑based modules.
• Update and refine learning materials as products evolve, incorporating input from CX teams and customers.
• Apply accessibility and inclusive design standards to all training content.
• Provide both virtual and onsite training for internal and external audiences.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or learning experience design.
• Experience developing and managing LMS-based content.
• Strong ability to convert complex software processes into clear, learner‑focused instruction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE.
• Experience with EHR or healthcare software is a plus.
