YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Serve customers promptly and take orders
• Help guests navigate the menu and ensure accurate orders
• Provide friendly service in‑store and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders efficiently and accurately
• Handle cash and payment transactions correctly
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well‑organized store

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience (a plus)
• Friendly, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Self‑motivation and initiative
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• At least 18 years old
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
