Your responsibilities
• Clinical leadership: Deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care with an emphasis on accuracy and patient safety in a high‑volume setting.
• Technology integration: Use our digital tools (Kroll Paperless, G Suite, Slack, our internal app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, and others) to keep order processing efficient.
• Process optimization: Operate PACMED strip‑pack machines for adherence patients and coordinate autonomous workflows with mobile medical teams.
• Special projects: Support B2B integrations and improvement initiatives that help keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
• Exceptional communication: Provide empathetic, efficient support to patients and partners, helping define a new standard for digital care.

What you bring
• Qualifications: OCP licence or eligibility in good standing.
• Technical skill: You don’t just use Kroll — you’re proficient with it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is a plus.
• Tech curiosity: Confidence using digital platforms like GoToConnect and UberDirect.
• Agility: Strong performance in high‑volume environments where efficiency matters.
• Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and enthusiasm for projects and B2B collaboration.
