Job requirements
- We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to build, train, and optimize agentic AI models across validation, orchestration, and execution phases. The ideal candidate will have strong AI/ML expertise, hands-on model development skills, and a deep understanding of autonomous agent design. Key Responsibilities Build and train agentic AI models for orchestration, validation, and execution workflows Develop intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making Implement and optimize NLP, RL, and ML-driven components Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agent workflows into larger systems Technical Skills Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch Knowledge of NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and AI orchestration concepts Familiarity with agent-based model development and evaluation Programming Skills Proficiency in Python Experience in R (optional) Hands-on use of AI-specific libraries and toolkits Logical & Design Skills AI model design and tuning Agent orchestration and workflow design Decision-making and reasoning algorithm development Experience Range 5 to 12 years in AI/ML development or related areas
