Summary:

As an Income Verification Representative, you are a detail-oriented, hard-working, problem solver, a fluent and compassionate communicator, and a team player! You can uphold our company’s principles and values while adding to our unique culture. As a member of our Member Acquisition Team, you will broadly be responsible for the employment/income verification of applying members.

You Will:

  • Reviewing income documents and approving membership applications accordingly.
  • Evaluating the documents based on their authenticity, recency, and eligibility.
  • Reaching out to applicants who are having issues with their documents or those who haven’t submitted them.
  • Receiving and making phone calls with assigned members.
  • Responding to queries/tickets from applicants.
  • Reporting to the team manager on weekly team meetings.
  • Keeping up-to-date notes on our CRM with the applicants’ progress.
  • Communicating with other team members and cooperating on clearing all incoming documents.
  • Following up with applications that require special attention.
  • Escalating unusual tickets to the relevant departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Quality headset.

Full time – Independent Contractor

$45,000 — $76,250/year
